UPS when shipping a long distance. You may have to pay a
little extra if you want the Postal Service to confirm that
the package was delivered to us. UPS provides free
package tracking via an 800 number or on the internet at http://www.ups.com/. Both
the postal service and UPS deliver and pick up packages
in shipping due to improper packaging can significantly increase the
total cost of your repair! Please be careful to pack your
instrument(s) according to the following guidelines. You

All packages must contain the following
information or your repair may be delayed:
